Maintain system stability and availability in production environments. Support cloud operations and infrastructure maintenance. Collaborate with engineering teams for issue escalation and resolution. Participate in on-call support rotation. Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in OpenStack support. Strong Linux administration skills. Solid understanding of OpenStack components (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone). Certification such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator in Red Hat OpenStack or Certified OpenStack Administrator is preferred. Experience handling production environments. Employment Details Contract: 1 Year Working Arrangement: Remote (Jakarta-based) + On-call Joining: Within 1 Month L1 OpenStack Support Engineer Job Description Perform system monitoring and operational support. Handle first-level troubleshooting and ticket management. Monitor alerts and infrastructure performance. Escalate complex issues to L2 team. Maintain operational documentation. Red Hat Certified System Administrator in Red Hat OpenStack or OpenStack certification is an advantage. Troubleshoot production issues and system performance. Support CI/CD pipelines and automation processes. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and availability. Work closely with development and infrastructure teams. Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in Kubernetes / DevOps. Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
